15 - 30 cm of snow in some regions

Montreal, meanwhile, might only get up to 15 centimetres of snow. But it might not last.

Environment Canada says "the snow could be interrupted by a period of rain late Saturday" in the metropolis and in regions south of the Saint Lawrence.

The weather agency's forecast for the city shows temperatures between 1 and 3 C on Saturday and 0 and -9 C on Sunday.
