Average rent price for 1-bedroom: $1,380 according to Padmapper, $1,412 according to Rentals.ca.

Quebec City

Average rent price for 1-bedroom: $790 according to Padmapper, $933 according to Rentals.ca.

Sherbrooke

Average rent price for 1-bedroom: $763 according to Zumper, $750 according to Rentboard.ca.

Gatineau

Average rent price for 1-bedroom: $906 according to the CMHC, $1,200 according to Zumper.

Trois-Rivières

Average rent price for 1-bedroom: $555 according to Zumper, $593.33 according to Numbeo.
