"Since then, I have tried every form of conservative treatment and rehab known to man, to no avail. So last week, I pulled the trigger and had arthroscopic surgery," she continued to tell her followers.\nBouchard's doctor told her that everything went well with the surgery. But, the tennis player said she now has "a tough road of rehab ahead."\nShe ended her caption on a positive note: "But my spirits are high and I will work hard to get back to the job that I love."
