Montreal's summer 2021 just got even better! Starting June 13, you'll be able to see sheep roaming around Parc Maisonneuve from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.

It is forbidden to pet or feed the sheep, as they are solely in the park for "eco-grazing," according to Biquette, a non-profit organization who, "through the presence of animals in the city..., wish to contribute to the education of the general public on environmental and societal issues."

But I can't imagine anything making your typical park hang cuter than getting to see these woolly faces around you.

Biquette will be holding workshops on Saturdays at Parc Maisonneuve, including "mini shepherd workshops for children" and yoga with the sheep.

If you're eager to see these precious animals before June 13, you can already find them at Cheval-Blanc and St-Joseph parks (corner of Gouin and 68th avenue). They've been there for the last few weeks grazing the grass.
