This family in Laval has set up a giant skeleton Halloween decoration with a funny sign which pokes at the locals who are seemingly driving too fast in their neighbourhood. It's a subtle jab at those breaking the law in a timely seasonal fashion. When it comes to being clever this certainly takes the cake!
