Harvey's is serving up a sizzling steal next month in celebration of the fast food restaurant's 65th anniversary.

For those who are looking to save on a quick bite, love a good burger or simply want to get in on the birthday festivities, Harvey's is offering its Original burger or Veggie burger for only $1.65.

Given that the current cost of an Original burger is roughly $7.20 (depending on your location) — saving over five bucks on a fully loaded burger just might be worth a visit to your local Harvey's.

"Harvey's is honoured to be celebrating 65 years of creating customized burgers just the way Canadians like them," said Michael Nault, COO of Harvey's Canada. "Delivering a personalized approach to every meal continues to be what drives us forward and we are excited to invite our guests to help us mark the occasion in a variety of fun and engaging ways."

The burger deal will take place from April 1 to 7, 2024, at participating Harvey's locations across Canada and is available exclusively through the Harvey's app. Note that the Harvey's deal is only valid for one Original burger (or Veggie burger) while supplies last, the Harvey's press release indicates.

The burger chain is also taking things a step further by hiding 1,650 free burger gift cards near Harvey's locations and iconic Canadian landmarks across the country. Among the hundreds of gift cards include four VIP Cards that will grant four lucky winners free Harvey's for a year. Details on how and where to find the gift cards will be released soon.

As if cheap burgers, gift cards and the chance at 365 days of free Harvey's weren't enough, the fast food joint is also dropping a line of limited-edition, retro-inspired merch and made-to-order t-shirts where Canadians can have their own name printed between Harvey's iconic bun logo.
