Here's When Canadians Can Start Advanced Voting For The 2021 Federal Election

Make sure to plan ahead!

Contributing Writer

It's almost time for the 2021 federal election in Canada, which means it's time to start planning your schedule to see if you need to participate in advanced polling — in case you can't make it to the polls on Monday, September 20 for the official voting day.

Canadians are able to vote early from September 10-13 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

But we're reminded that "if you choose to vote during advance polling days, you must vote at your assigned polling station. To find your advance polling station, check your voter information card or use the Voter Information Service."

Canadians can also go vote early at any Elections Canada office before Tuesday, September 14 at 6 p.m.

Or, if you're currently not in the country, you can always vote by mail, which you can apply to do on the Elections Canada website.
