After hopping around the Montreal area, Le Grand Poutinefest is set to hit Montreal's Old Port from July 21 to August 1, 2021.

The annual celebration of gravy, cheese and fries features imaginative takes on the classic Quebec dish, including crab poutine, fish n' chips poutine, smoked rib poutine and piri-piri chicken poutine, among many others.

There's also a classic poutine and vegan poutine for the purists and non-meat-eaters.

As always, for dessert, there are churros with your choice of caramel, chocolate or maple syrup dipping sauce.

Circus performers and other entertainers will be on-site on weekends to animate the festival grounds.
