Where is the mobile, drive-thru vaccination site?

The site is located at the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, specifically, "Parking Area P11," according to Santé Montreal.

Naturally, only cars and motorcycles will be served so don't get smart and try to bike or walk.

The vaccination site will be by appointment only, "according to the established order of priority, 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m," as stipulated by Santé Quebec.

How many doses will be available?

When first announced, the Health Ministry said that the site can serve "approximately 4,000 people daily."

CTV News reports that the wait is around 15 minutes on May 17 and that the site will only be taking a few hundred appointments during the first week.

The Ministry told MTL Blog that "the vaccination site will open gradually [...] at its height, it will serve to vaccinate up to 4,000 people day."

Some of the advantages to going to a mobile vaccination site, according to the Ministry, are "the achievement of a large volume of vaccination at a single site," "easier accessibility for people with reduced mobility," and "natural physical distancing that minimizes the risk of virus transmission."

What do I need to bring with me?

Like all vaccination appointments, you'll need to bring your Quebec health card or any other form of identification.

Before you go, ensure that you do indeed have an appointment at the site so that you don't hold up the line.

At the time of writing, the priority groups for vaccinations are all adults in Quebec 18 or older and essential services workers.
