Montrealers Are Holding Another Protest Today To Continue The Fight Against Racism
The protest begins at 2 p.m. on October 4.
2020 has been the year of speaking out and bringing important conversations to the forefront. Since May, varioushave taken place to speak out against and in Quebec.
Today, Manifestation Çasuffit will take place at Parc Martin-Luther-King from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. to continue the fight against racism.
The event will be hosted by Bon cop Bad cop Québec, Defund the Police Coalition / Coalition pour le définancement de la police and Hoodstock.
Let's gather AGAIN to show our governements that we won't stop until changes are made!

The hosts want to remind Montrealers that despite thethat took place on May 31, "nothing was done by the governments to eradicate it, but a lot was done by the community!!"
Another protest took place just yesterday to fight for justice for, an Indigenous woman who was not only denied medical treatment that led to her death but was the in a Quebec hospital.
In the red alert restrictions and protocols laid out by the provincial government that came into effect on Thursday, October 1, protests are permitted.
Attendees must maintain social distancing and are required to wear masks.
