More green is coming to the city! The winning concept proposes a signature site for Montreal and visitors to the Quartier des Spectacles, while creating a multifunctional space that offers versatility and flexibility for festival logistics activities on part of the site during the summer."\nThis concept was chosen as the winner of the international multidisciplinary landscape architecture competition for the development of a new park on "terrain no 066," which is found between de rue Maisonneuve and avenue President-Kennedy, between rue Bleury and rue Jeanne-Mance.\nIn mayor Plante's announcement, she congratulated the winners of the competition, Mario Nájera, Raquel Peñalosa, Diana Elizalde and landscape architecture and urban design firm WAA Montreal.
