This Montreal Condo For Rent Has A Rock Climbing Wall That You Can See From The Kitchen

Talk about "dinner with a view."

There are so many fabulous places to live throughout the island of Montreal and so many sought out neighbourhoods to call home that it's hard to decide where you want to live. Rosemont La Petite Patrie is one of my personal favourite areas in the city. And, there's so much good Montreal real estate hiding there, including an incredible condo with a rock-climbing wall built inside that's currently available for rent.

Yes, that's right, this condo on the market thanks to Redding-Rouleau, located on rue de Bordeaux in Rosemont, is by far one of the coolest spots for rent in the city.

I'd say it's totally worth the steep $3,200 per month price tag.

From the outside, this space looks fairly "normal." The three-bedroom space is split up on two floors and is a paradise for any sports lover in the city.

And, since stairs are so last summer, you can get your exercise in on your way to the kitchen by using the rock-climbing wall, which is probably the most badass feature in any home on the market right now.

The rock-climbing wall is not the only impressive thing about this space either.

The large wood kitchen that overlooks the wall is taken straight off a Pinterest board. Same for the exposed brick wall and the bathroom.

If I'm being honest, the entire place screams "dream condo" and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking that.

From the superb location to the unique decor and jaw-dropping rock-climbing wall, there's no denying that this condo is worth the high rent.

Especially since you won't need to pay for a gym membership anymore.

This condo is a perfect example of how you should never judge a book by its cover, as you would never be able to tell what truly lives inside this MTL home.

And, thanks to the internet, we're able to get a glimpse into how creative some architects in our city truly are.
