People come from all over the world to Canada to see animals that we take for granted. When it comes to Quebec, we're not only filled with amazing people but awesome wildlife too. And because we are so proud of fellow, natural neighbours, there are some incredible places in Quebec to see animals.
I remember a friend who was once in town and couldn't get over the sight of a coyote. It's easy to forget that what we see every day is incredibly exciting that isn't lucky enough to have at home.
That being said, there are so many animals here in Canada, and especially in Quebec, that I would love to see.
And even though the world thinks that Canada is filled with moose roaming the streets, we can all admit that seeing an actual moose would get any Canadian excited.

Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area

Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area is home to over 180 bird-species, 30 mammal species and 700 plant species.
As different species make their stop here at different points of the year, you can see totally different wildlife in every season, making it a definite must-visit-again.
Parc Omega
Address: 399, Route 323 Nord, Montebello, QC
Distance from Montreal: One hour and 35 minutes
This park is as grand is its name.
Visitors can come for the day to see some of the most majestic creatures, or spend the night at one of Parc Omega's famous wolf lodges.
The park has very clear safety instructions to follow, to keep both you and the animals safe.
Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park
Address: 182, rue de l'Église, Tadoussac, QC
Distance from Montreal: Five hours and 35 minutes
For those interested in marine life, this marine park on the coast offers great views of some amazing animals. In fact, over 2,000 different aquatic and land species have been spotted to date, including the blue whale.
You can hike the grounds, go on a whale-watching expedition or jump right in the water to kayak or snorkel.
Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier
