Billy K's is a popular Ontario burger spot known for its special sauce and hand-cut fries.

They also serve items Quebecers have come to love including steamies and Montreal-style smoked meat.

Bountis, the founder and creator of Allô! Mon Coco — known for serving hearty breakfasts — sold the restaurant in 2019. He is also co-owner of Mr. Puffs and Shawarmaz.

When asked what's so special about Billy K's special sauce, Bountis stated: "It's a top-secret sauce! All I can say is that it is mayo-based with some garlic. You'll have to try it out. It's truly delicious and one-of-a-kind, perfect in a burger or to dip your fries."

"We are from Quebec and it is only natural for us to come back to our roots," he continued.

"We are ecstatic to be opening in Vaudreuil-Dorion in November. We plan to open 10 to 15 restaurants in Quebec and continue to expand in Ontario shortly afterwards."

"Stay tuned as the next openings will be in Laval and Saint-Léonard. We can't wait for everyone to try out our burgers and dogs [...](and our tacos are to die for!)," he concluded.
