The holidays might be difficult this year but Montrealers will still be able to enjoy little moments of festive wonder throughout the city. One place to look for them will be the Maison Pepin Christmas market.

The market, tucked in an enchanting little alleyway behind the Pepin Shop, is a secret little holiday escape in the city, finely decorated by the team behind the home, fashion, and design store.

Owner and artist Lysanne Pepin confirmed to MTL Blog that the Christmas market will officially be back for 2020.

Maison Pepin offered a little hint of the decorations to come on Instagram.

"This beautiful alley is just the perfect canvas to create timeless memories and emotions," Lysanne Pepin wrote on the shop website in 2019.

"I’m having fun dressing the alley with artistic installations, every season promises a new challenge."

There's no word yet on just when the alleyway Christmas market will be all set up, but keep an eye on their Instagram.

Maison Pepin is located at 350 rue St-Paul Ouest.
