Spas & Indoor Hotel Pools Are Reopening Across Quebec

Spas and indoor pools in Quebec hotels will be allowed to reopen across the province later this month, according to an announcement by Quebec's tourism minister, Caroline Proulx.

The changes will come into effect on March 15 and March 26, depending on the Quebec region and its respective COVID-19 alert level.

In orange zones, spas and hotel pools will be permitted to reopen as of March 15. In red zones, indoor hotel swimming pools and spas will be able to reopen as of March 26.

Indoor and outdoor facilities at spas will be open to guests. Personal and beauty treatments in Quebec will also continue to be permitted.

However, businesses will have to adapt to public health regulations, such as limited entry and two-metre distancing.
