If you're a Montreal foodie, you probably recall that heavenly feeling of walking into Time Out Market — the Eaton Centre's 40,000-square-foot "culinary playground" — and picking something to eat or drink.
The good news is you'll soon be able to experience it all over again because Time Out Market is officially reopening this July after a COVID-19 related closure.
While most of the details are still under wraps, Time Out sent us a statement promising to welcome guests back with "the best of the city under one roof" — from chefs to drinks to cultural experiences.
The market's 16 curated restaurant food stalls have previously included Romados, Foxy, Le Red Tiger, Marusan and Dalla Rose.
According to Time Out's statement, the new culinary lineup, cultural offerings and additional details will be revealed shortly.
In the meantime, the market is hiring chefs, barbacks,
bartenders, and ambassadors.
