Why You Need To Go: "The best of the city under one roof" is going to be even better for New Year's with an immersive culinary journey around the world. The chefs in residence will be bringing a taste of their international and local cuisines set to the tunes of DJ Godsta. Tickets include a midnight toast and a photo booth is available to capture the moment, three lucky winners (who have tried three cuisines) will win prizes valued at up to $200.

Why You Need To Go: Caifan, which opened earlier this summer, is ending its opening year off strong with its New Year's service. Chef Eduardo has developed a five-course tasting menu, allowing guests to sample his original culinary creations. And as you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant, there will be dancing galore thanks to Dj Master G, the resident DJ on Saturday nights, who will be mixing cumbia, merengue, and salsa. Just don't be surprised if you find yourself on the dance floor.
Nikkei

Why You Need To Go: Nikkei, which is named after the blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine it serves, has developed a menu inspired by Tokyo. The five-course menu will be paired with jazz and blues to give the space an air of mystery and sophistication. The first service, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. will have a variety of culinary stations to indulge in any and all of the team's creations. The second service, from 8:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. will have the same stations, plus a glass of Veuve Clicquot along with live music and a DJ to dance 2023 away.
