In second place is a modern downtown mansion, located at 3165 Place de Ramezay, priced at a cool $27.8 million.

In third place — last but certainly not least — is this $27.5 million manor located at 3 Avenue Roxborough in Westmount, with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.
