The Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal (MAC) reopens on February 10 and its current collections make for some thought-provoking and much-needed stimulation.

Museums and cultural centres in Quebec were officially permitted to reopen as of February 8 after a hiatus. The MAC has four new exhibitions ready for your viewing pleasure.

Vertigo Sea, a three-screen visual installation by John Akomfrah, uses BBC archives to contrast the beauty and the terror of the ocean.
