Despite announcing that the Just For Laughs festival would not be returning to Montreal this summer due to financial woes, it appears as if the comedy festival will, in fact, be making an appearance this season.

Considered one of the most renowned comedy festivals in the world, Just For Laughs is no stranger to Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles, and Montrealers and visitors alike will be able to laugh out loud from July 18 to 28.

This year's Montreal Just For Laughs will be presented by Fizz and ComediHa!, who were invited to host the esteemed comedy fest in celebration of their 25th anniversary.

The JFL fest will include all-English programming with comedians from Montreal, around Canada and across the world including Dane Cook, Bassem Youssef, Bobby Slayton, Marito Lopez, Hassan Phills and so many more.

Fellow Montreal comics such as Ben Cardilli, Gino Durante, Kyra Carleton, Andrew Khoury, and of course, Kickback Comedy's very own Eva Alexopoulos and Erika Suarez, will also be taking the stage.

The festival will offer both free and paid programming, with several shows taking place on the Loto-Québec outdoor stage for all to enjoy, including Kickback's Happy Hour performance, which will take place every night of Just For Laughs from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
