A low-cost national airline is expanding its services to Montreal as of July 1, so Montrealers can soon travel to 18 cities across Canada for as low as $39.

Flair Airlines tweeted the announcement on March 30, just in time for Quebecers to start dreaming about summer vacations in Canada — depending on how the COVID-19 situation plays out.

The airline even introduced complimentary COVID coverage so all passengers are able to rebook on a future flight or redeem a future travel credit if the pandemic alters their travel plans.

"We must do our part to ensure affordable air travel is available to all Canadians across Canada if travel and tourism are to return this year," said Stephen Jones, president and CEO of Flair Airlines, in a statement.

Besides Montreal, the 18 Canadian cities where Flair flies include Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Saint John and Halifax.
