“
We begin our preparation for the next electoral campaign, during which we will ask the population to give us a second term.
Mayor Valérie Plante
"The values we bring at Projet Montréal must more than ever serve to support the population, take care of our neighbourhoods, revive our economy and ensure the future development of our city," said the mayor.
"Projet Montréal is the right party, in the right place, at the right time to get there."
The upcoming election will see Mayor Plante having to tackle several difficult issues, including the economic situation caused by the pandemic, systemic racism in the SPVM, and the resentment over bike paths and construction.
"Our team will be ready, and it will be supported by thousands [...] who will fight alongside us," she said.
