Tuesday and Wednesday, March 9 and 10, could be the most beautiful days the city has seen in a while, with daytime highs reaching 7 C and 11 C, respectively, the forecast shows.

Thursday, March 11 could also reach 9 C, but Environment Canada foresees a 30% chance of showers.

It might not last, however.

The Weather Network's 14-day forecast shows daytime temperatures plunging back into negative numbers by Sunday, March 14, and even a possibility of snowfall on Friday, March 12.
