Quebec has finally unveiled its three-stage deconfinement plan, announcing that restaurant and bar terrasses in Montreal can reopen on May 28 and June 11, respectively.

That means Old Montreal is currently preparing for a busy summer. Here's a sneak peek at what you can expect when six of its terrasses open on May 28.

Perché's rooftop terrasse at the Hotel William Gray is unveiling an "urban oasis" of chic green decor, offering a California-inspired menu for brunch and dinner.

Also located in the Hotel William Gray — this one on the 8th floor — Terrasse William Gray will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the terrace will be covered and heated depending on the weather.

Terrasse Place d'Armes was completely renovated in 2020, offering brunch and dinner, as well as its own cocktail list.
