Two Quebecers — a retired couple from Chaudière-Appalaches — are $14,061,516 richer after winning the Lotto 6/49 jackpot on November 18.

Alice Vien and Marcel Landry purchased their winning ticket from a grocery store in Lévis and claimed their price at Quebec City's Loto-Québec office, according to a press release.

Vien said she had been buying tickets using the same numbers for years.

"We don't believe it," added Landry, in a Loto-Québec YouTube video.

Vien first read the results of the draw in the newspaper and, according to the press release, woke up her husband to tell him they might have won $1 million.

Of course, it ended up being over $14 million.

The winners are looking forward to enjoying their winnings with their family, states the release.

As jealous as we are, this couple seems so sweet — they're impossible to hate. Congratulations!
