A brand new bubble tea shop opened in Montreal serving up machi milk teas, freshly pressed juices, fizzy teas, and cream foam.

Montreal…meet Machi Machi.

The bubble tea shop has officially opened its first-ever Quebec location after operating in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary. The Montreal shop is located on rue Bishop steps away from metro Guy-Concordia and Concordia University.

"Our vision is to create a variety of beverages that people will enjoy falling in love with every day," Machi Machi says on its website. And that's exactly what Machi Machi did.

With over 12 locations across Canada, Machi Machi is known for their iconic machi milk teas and pressed juices served in a resealable bottle that you won't find at just any bubble tea shop.

A few standout bubble tea flavours include the black milk tea with panna cotta, the flurry strawberry latte with crème brûlée, the chocolate latte with cream foam and the handmade brown sugar latte, to name a few.

As for cream foams, you can enjoy the jasmine green tea, four seasons spring tea or the mochi black tea, all of which are served with a generous amount of creamed foam at the top.

You can also add a couple of toppings to your drink order as well, with pearls, mini taro balls or kanten jellies.

While the drinks menu is well worth the visit, you're going to want to stay for the aesthetics.

Machi Machi is adorned with simple, sleek and colourful touches that allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of Asian tea culture. From soft pastel seating, and wall art, to cream and white accents, Machi Machi is certainly reshaping the boba scene in Montreal.
