Over 50 Montreal Restaurants Are Serving Up Massively Cheesy Creations At La Poutine Week

La Poutine Week is officially back.

The week-long poutine festival has returned to Canada and will run from February 1 to 7, 2024 across all 10 provinces in cities including Montreal, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, and Winnipeg, to name a few.

"Whether you're a traditionalist who loves the comforting embrace of a classic poutine or an adventurous eater seeking bold and unconventional creations, La Poutine Week has something for everyone," the festival organizers said in a press release shared with MTL Blog.

A total of 59 Montreal restaurants will participate in this year's festival where they will put their best French fry, cheese curds and gravy concoctions forward in hopes of being named the festival winner.

Guests can enjoy countless poutine creations dine-in style or you can order them via DoorDash, the official La Poutine Week partner.

Poutine lovers can also take advantage of the La Poutine Week YUM system where you can accumulate points by signing up for La Poutine Week, voting for poutines and tagging the festival on social media. Montrealers with the most YUM points will quality to win a DoorDash gift card ranging from $100 to $500.
