Madonna performed not one, but two shows in Montreal this week at the Bell Centre and it's safe to say she vogued her heart out.

The Queen of Pop announced the Celebration Tour last summer, and while she was expected to touch down in Montreal in August 2023, Madonna was forced to postpone the first leg of tour dates due to illness.

Thankfully, it didn't take much time before Madge was back up and at it and the tour officially kicked off in Europe last fall.

MADONNA IN MONTREAL ✨ The singer performed her iconic hit ‘Like A Prayer’ — easily my favourite part of the show. During Madonna's second show in Montreal on Saturday, January 20, the 'Like A Prayer' singer asked the crowd "what is poutine?"

Considering poutine is one of Montreal's many claims to fame, it's no surprise that Madonna was curious about our renowned foodie concoction.

"What is poutine?" she asked the Montreal crowd. "French fries?!" she replied after misunderstanding a fan in the audience.

"French fries with cheese and gravy," Madonna said after a second go.

"Ok..." she said as she walked back to her microphone stand. It was her choice of words afterward that every Montrealer could understand.

"Well, I'm glad I don't live here, 'cause I would eat it [poutine] every day." Mood, Madonna. Mood!

Now, there's no denying how delicious poutine is. I mean, fries, cheese and gravy? C'mon! Even the Queen registered just how mouthwatering a dish poutine truly is. So much so that Madonna would likely get herself in trouble by eating it so often if she did live here — something many of us can likely relate to.
