You'll no longer need to live in (or hike out to) Montreal's East End to get your hands on the city's best smash burgers.

Simon Jodoin-Bouchard, better known as Montreal's "King of the Smash Burger" and "Simon de l'Est," is gearing up to venture west as he opens a new location of his Tétrauville restaurant, Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine.

Starting later this month, you'll be able to snag one of the two-time cookbook author's famous hamburgers — which were voted best burgers in Montreal for three consecutive years and second best in Canada during Le Burger Weekat Time Out Market in the Montreal Eaton Centre downtown. Also on the menu: chili cheese fries and "other boldly flavourful dishes inspired by the American Southwest," according to a Time Out press release.

"Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine is where everything I know how to do in life intersects. I still remember the shock of seeing the lineup of customers outside when we first opened. The jars of pickles and jalapeños were meant to last months but disappeared in a week. I couldn’t understand what was happening," said Jodoin-Bouchard in the release.

For those who haven't been, Time Out Market is a food hall that brings a curated selection of the city's top chefs, bars and restaurants together under one roof. The press release says Time Out currently features 14 chefs and restaurateurs "across 40,000 square feet, with six bars, a cooking academy, a pop-up space and a cultural events program."

At the moment, the market's stalls include "food concepts" by Bossa, Le Blossom, Marusan, Le Red Tiger and Chef Paul Toussaint.

Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine is set to open at Time Out Market Montreal on March 21.
