Montreal Is Getting A New Italian Pastry Spot With Ooey, Gooey Bomboloni

You might recall Bomboloni Boss, the sensational Italian bakery that opened mid-pandemic offering custom orders of those stuffed Italian donuts from its Instagram page.

Well, Bomboloni Boss has graduated. Chef Nando and his team are now preparing to open their very first store in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce on June 5.

"La Tradition Bomboloni Boss, North America’s first and only chain of high-quality Italian bakery delicacies, is excited to announce its first ever store location opening in the heart of Montreal," read a press release shared with MTL Blog.

The store's donut flavours include "Cannoli, Nutella, Pistachio, Red Velvet, Strawberry Jam, Tiramisu, Lemon, Mango Matcha Cheesecake, Custard and Dulce de Leche." But the press release also suggests that new treats are on the way.

"Chef Nando is continuously working on new products in the kitchen to bring to life the taste of our family heritage," Christina Pomponio, Bomboloni Boss CEO, said.

"Using only pure and high-quality ingredients, La Tradition Bomboloni Boss strives to bring a taste of Italy to each and every one of our clients. A place where friends and family meet to enjoy our pastries, and our coffee."
