So long, sweet summer. The unofficial start to fall is upon us.

No, we don't mean colourful leaves or migrating birds, we're talking about the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), which is about to make its seasonal return to Starbucks locations across Quebec, along with the rest of Canada.

This year, according to a press release, Starbucks Canada's fall menu consists of eight limited-edition drinks, one of which is brand new as well as two new snacks.

Here are the fall favourites set to make a comeback this year:

  • Pumpkin Spice Latte: "Starbucks most popular seasonal beverage [...] is enjoyed by customers around the world. Made with real pumpkin, the handcrafted beverage combines Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk with the celebrated flavour combination of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove."
  • Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: "Crafted with Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice to create a perfectly balanced fall sip."
  • Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai: "This creamy fall beverage pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice."
  • Apple Crisp Oat Macchiato: "Layered flavours of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar combined with rich espresso poured over creamy oat beverage, topped with a spiced apple drizzle."
  • Iced Apple Crisp Oat Shaken Espresso: "A perfectly balanced combination of Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of apple, cinnamon and brown sugar, shaken together and topped with oat beverage for a smooth, seasonal sip that is full of fall flavour."
Brand new this year is the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Chai, a creamy beverage inspired by customer and barista customizations, which "pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice."
There will also be two additional fall drinks available exclusively in the Starbucks app:
  • Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte: "Made with rich espresso combined with milk and notes of apple, cinnamon and brown sugar, served over ice and topped with smooth salted caramel cream cold foam."
  • Iced Honey Apple Almond Flat White: "Starbucks Blonde Espresso and almond beverage poured over ice with a hint of honey and nondairy apple crisp cold foam."
In terms of snacks, you'll be able to enjoy the new Baked Apple Croissant — basically, an apple pie meets croissant — and an adorable new Raccoon Cake Pop.
