Drivers were surely shocked to see a Sûreté du Québec (SQ) truck with four tires in the air in the middle of Highway 20 in Beloeil on Sunday, August 22.

Following a mechanical failure of the hitch, the truck containing two all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) flipped over at about 11 a.m. on the right lane of the highway, which was confirmed to Narcity by the sergeant and spokeswoman of the SQ, Marythé Bolduc.

This photo, which has gone viral on social networks, where the truck is seen spread out along its entire length, has been shared more than a hundred times in five hours, at the time of writing this August 22, at 3:45 p.m.

The operation was brief; the wrecked vehicle was moved in a matter of minutes during which time traffic had to be slowed.

"It was cleared in 20 minutes, we closed the traffic to that lane during the operation as if it had been another vehicle," confirmed Marythé Bolduc.
