The alert is set to go off on November 25 at 1:55 p.m.

The ministry has clarified the message will inform Quebecers that there is no real threat and the notification is being carried out as a test.

Good news: you're permitted to visit your best friend if one of you lives alone in a Quebec red zone. At least twice in the last month, Premier François Legault clarified that Quebecers can visit people living alone in red zones, one at a time.

In fact, he encouraged visits, acknowledging the mental health effects that prolonged isolation can have on Quebecers, some of whom have been alone throughout the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With Quebec experiencing an "explosion of cases" recently, as Health Minister Christian Dubé put it, the thought of getting tested is in the back of the minds of many right now. So, it seemed like the perfect time to make a list of places to get COVID-19 testing in Montreal without an appointment.

In past months, Montreal testing clinics have seen massive wait lines, which officials are actively trying to make sure don't happen again.

With everything going on this year, it seems like the only constant in the world is how quickly things change. This is especially true in the world of tourism. As Quebecers start to think of travel again, it's important to keep track of where Canadians can travel and if/when you will need to quarantine.

As international and provincial borders continue to open and close as the COVID-19 situation continues to progress, it can be hard to keep track.
