We also get to see Vanessa Kirby all around our city.
Reporter

Montreal is a beautiful city, which can explain why it's used as the backdrop for so many films — one of the latest ones being Pieces Of A Woman, starring Shia LaBeouf and Vanessa Kirby.

This touching new movie is officially available on Netflix Canada. As you watch it, you'll be able to spot many familiar locations.

Some of our favourite Montreal sites are brought to life during this two-hour movie.

Not only will you be able to spot our city's streets, parks, and different homes in this film, but there are also some eery scenes that show off the Montreal skyline in a unique way.

The crew began filming throughout our city in November 2019 and wrapped up in January 2020. Now, a year later, we can all sit back and enjoy this film that was shot in our favourite city.

Pieces Of A Woman portrays the heartwrenching emotions that come with the loss of a baby after a home birth goes wrong.

The complex storyline combined with the phenomenal acting makes this film a must-watch.

And, the fact that it's filmed in Montreal is simply an added bonus.
