Spring in Montreal mean lots of must-try festivals are around the corner, including La Pizza Week.

Back for its fourth edition, La Pizza Week promises unique takes on everyone's favourite dish. With over 500 restaurants participating in the cheesy action, you'll be able to enjoy signature creations from some of the top pizza spots in Canada.

Around 15 Montreal restaurants will be tasked with putting forth a limited-edition pizza crafted exclusively for La Pizza Week. The food festival is on from May 1 to 7, and Montrealers are ready to fill up on 'za.

"This is an opportunity for restaurants to push their culinary boundaries, ignite inspiration and foster teamwork in the kitchen," La Pizza Week said in a press release shared with MTL Blog.

Pizza lovers across Montreal (and the rest of Canada) will be able to try various La Pizza Week creations and vote for their favourites. Customers can also rack up YUM points, which can be redeemed for even more pizza throughout the week-long extravaganza.

YUM points can be accumulated by signing up for La Pizza Week, voting for pizzas, tagging @LaPizzaWeek on Instagram and making a transaction on the festival's website. If you've got the most YUMS by the end of the festival, you'll qualify to win a $100 to $500 DoorDash gift card.
