Ripping Apart This Montreal Bakery's Cream Puffs Will Give You A Braingasm (VIDEO)

So. Damn. Satisfying.
Contributing Writer

With all of the stress going on in the world, sometimes you just feel like you need to get away. And while that isn't really an option for most people right now, we all know there's no better feeling than sinking your teeth into something oh so delicious from a Montreal bakery.

Kind of like a cream puff from Alice & Theo in Verdun.

What they like to call the "main star and attraction," the puff has become one of the most popular items on the menu. And watching them get ripped apart is the most satisfying thing you'll do all day.

The standard flavours are bitter chocolate, vanilla, matcha, and passion fruit. There are also those that rotate, including cherry, caramel, praliné and amaretto.

"We use the highest quality ingredients," the team told MTL Blog. "For example, we purchase vanilla from a small company that has relatives in Madagascar that grow and harvest vanilla beans there. Matcha comes from a Japanese owned company that grows march in Japan. We use single-origin Barry chocolate."

A single puff is $3.50, a box of six is $21 and a box of eight is $24.

But, I mean, come on. How could you possibly just get one?
