The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), along with the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation de Québec (MAPAQ) has recalled several grocery items sold across Canada for reasons that could pose serious health and safety risks to Canadian consumers.
The affected foods have been recalled for reasons including undeclared ingredients and listeria outbreaks; affecting meat and vegetable products from popular Montreal grocery stores including T&T.

Recall Reason: Per the CFIA, the affected products are being recalled from the marketplace due to possible Listeria monocytgenes contamination.
What You Need To Do: If you suspect illness from a recalled product, contact your healthcare provider immediately, as the recall warning indicates. Consumers should check for recalled items and not consume, sell, or distribute them. Listeria-contaminated food may not show signs but can cause vomiting, fever, muscle aches, and more. Pregnant women, seniors, and those with weakened immunity are especially vulnerable, as Listeria can lead to severe complications or even death.

Recall Reason: The recalled meat and vegetable items have been recalled due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
What You Need To Do: The CFIA is urging consumers to verify if they have any of the recalled products. If so, you should dispose of them immediately or return them to the point of purchase. Furthermore, you should also consult your healthcare provider if you think you became ill from consuming the recalled Juewei items.

Recall Reason: Per the CFIA the affected product is being recalled from the marketplace because it contains milk and soy, which are not properly declared on the label.
What You Need To Do: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency advises individuals to thoroughly inspect their groceries to identify any possible recalled products. Consumers should not use, sell or distribute any recalled items, especially if they have allergies or sensitivities, as they could potentially trigger severe or life-threatening reactions.

Recall Reason: According to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the One World Foods brand Cajun BBQ Chicken Burgers was recalled due to undeclared egg and soy.
What You Need To Do: The burgers were sold across Ontario. According to the CFAA, consumers should "not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.
Dried conch

Recall Reason: The dried Conch product is being recalled due to undeclared sulphites.
What You Need To Do: "Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product," the CFIA warns. Furthermore, Ontario consumers should verify their groceries following the recall, which was triggered by the CFIA and Nature Bay Limited. Recalled products may also have been sold or distributed in other provinces and territories.

Recall Reason: The item is being recalled due to the absence of the required shelf-life information. Furthermore, the recalled product was sold at Marché Blais Inc. located at 202, boulevard Pabos in Quebec.
What You Need To Do: MAPAQ is issuing this warning as a precautionary measure. In addition, anyone in possession of the product is advised not to consume it and should throw it away. Moreover, even if the products in question show no signs of spoilage or suspect odour, their consumption may represent a health risk.
