Dyson advises against the use of "third-party replacement batteries," Health Canada said. As it may lead to potential safety concerns, such as in this case.
The recalled product has officially been removed from sale on the Amazon Canada website. Health Canada has also contacted the foreign third-party seller and is "advising consumers to immediately stop using the affected FirstPower 4000mAh V6 Battery Replacement."
