"Some of the best hot wings I've ever tasted in my whole life."

Halle Berry (yes, THAT Halle Berry) has been in Montreal shooting a new movie, Moonfall, and we've been following her journey — from quarantine to cold weather prep — on social media. But no post has made us salivate quite like her latest IGTV video, in which she claims to have found "the best hot wings in all of Montreal."

"There is no food I love more than a good hot wing," Berry says, as she gobbles up a wing, pausing to mutter, "Mm," and lick her fingers.

Berry says she got the tip from a stunt coordinator named Patrick who was driving her around.

"You start talking. Making small chit chat, 'So where do you live? Are you married? You have kids?' [...] We got around to food. And what our favourite food was. I said to him, 'Well, my favourite food is hot wings,'" Berry explains.

"He said, 'Funny you should say. Because I have the best hot wings in all of Montreal.'"

Berry says, as the "best connoisseur of hot wings," she had to try them. Patrick sent them over, and Berry says her mind was blown because "Patrick was telling the damn truth."

She calls them some of the best hot wings she's ever tasted in her whole life.

The wings are from Cunningham's Pub in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue on the West Island.

She describes them as "fried just right," and seasoned. She says she likes the mild wing sauce (which Cunningham's calls its "Not So Mild" wing sauce), but you can also get Thai Chilli sauce, Sweet BBQ sauce and more.

"Do yourself a favour. If you're within 100 miles of Montreal, please go try Cunningham's," Berry says.
