A Montreal Dep Is Going Viral On TikTok For Rare, Wild Snacks Like Cheetos Mac 'n Cheese

A depanneur in Montreal — which calls itself "the most lit depanneur" — has taken TikTok by storm, with Montrealers showcasing the shop's rare candies, drinks, chip flavours, and generally exotic snacks that you won't find anywhere else in the city.

In addition to the depanneur snacks Montrealers know and love, Ô Dépanneur in Ahuntsic-Cartierville, located at 6005, boul. Gouin O., offers imported treats and additional flavours of widely available munchies.

For example, the depanneur has s'mores Oreos, Cheetos mac and cheese, key lime pie KitKat bars, heart-shaped Sour Patch Kids, and mojito 7up. Ô Dépanneur also sells Asian convenience store foods like Samyang Extreme Buldak snacks from Korea and Hi-Chew from Japan.

Though the Chick-fil-A location closest to Montreal is in Toronto, Ô Dépanneur sells its famous sauce.

The depanneur's staff is also growing. On July 19, Ô Dépanneur announced it had an opening for a daytime worker.

This dep also delivers. Its special snacks are available on food delivery services like Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes. Plus, a spokesperson for Ô Dépanneur told MTL Blog that a second location is expected to open downtown this winter.
